Teryl Rothery is best known for her roles as Dr. Janet Fraiser on Syfy’s Stargate SG-1 and Muriel on Netflix’s hit series Virgin River. With a career spanning decades, she has become a familiar face in television, bringing depth and authenticity to a wide range of characters across drama, sci-fi, and heartfelt storytelling.

Her career includes starring roles in Hallmark’s Cedar Cove, Kyle XY, and the Canadian drama The Guard, along with recurring and guest appearances in fan-favorite series such as Caprica, The X-Files, Supernatural, Arrow, Bates Motel, and Upload on Amazon Prime. She has also appeared in numerous TV movies, showcasing her versatility in both emotionally driven and lighthearted roles.
